Police said Wednesday that state and local officers found Tuccillo had "inadvertently been cremated."

Essex Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene of the collision at Junction 8 near Stansted Airport to discover about 12 animals had escaped from the lorry and were running free on the road.
A spokesman said the carriageway was closed at 5.21am while emergency crews tried to round up the animals and secure them in a makeshift pen.

Ain't that a moose in the head!
A woman is suing a bar on the Lower East Side -- where she says she was struck by a stuffed moose head.
In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Raina Kumra says she was minding her own business at the White Slab Palace on Delancey Street in October when, at around 1 a.m., a moose head "dislodged and struck plaintiff on the head."
"The taxidermy moose head weighed approximately 150 pounds, with antlers spanning over three feet," the suit says.

LOS ANGELES -- Once in a blue moon there is one on New Year's Eve.
Revelers ringing in 2010 will be treated to a so-called blue moon. According to popular definition, a blue moon is the second full moon in a month. But don't expect it to be blue - the name has nothing to do with the color of our closest celestial neighbor.
A full moon occurred on Dec. 2. It will appear again on Thursday in time for the New Year's countdown.
"If you're in Times Square, you'll see the full moon right above you. It's going to be that brilliant," said Jack Horkheimer, director emeritus of the Miami Space Transit Planetarium and host of a weekly astronomy TV show.
The New Year's Eve blue moon will be visible in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Africa. For partygoers in Australia and Asia, the full moon does not show up until New Year's Day, making January a blue moon month for them.

An arrest report says Oras called 911 three times before his arrest early Tuesday in Oldsmar, northwest of Tampa. He told the dispatcher he had a broken nose and bleeding ears, and claimed people were shooting at him.

The British institution of dentures sitting in a glass of water beside the bed could be rendered obsolete by scientists who are confident that people will soon be able to replace lost teeth by growing new ones.
Instead of false teeth, a small ball of cells capable of growing into a new tooth will be implanted where the missing one used to be.
The procedure needs only a local anaesthetic and the new tooth should be fully formed within a few months of the cells being implanted.
