Belle Floor is a Sexsomniac - meaning she engages in sexual acts while she is sleeping - and cannot remember anything the next day.
Her condition means she is too afraid to let boyfriends stay over in case she embarrasses herself at night.
Ms Floor, 32, from Almelo, Holland, set up her own support website six years ago after doctors failed to work out what was wrong with the pretty blonde.
The condition, which causes her to touch herself intimately, is so rare that at first she struggled to convince anyone she had no control over it.
Her ex-boyfriend Justin, 47, a construction worker, could not accept it was happening without her knowledge and eventually it caused them to separate.

When Karen Kilgour decided to spend a day at home tidying the house and playing with her infant son, she got a lot more than she bargained for.

Mrs Kilgour, from Mt Eden in Auckland, New Zealand, had to be rescued after spending seven hours trapped inside a tiny wardrobe after her 14-month-old son Harry shut the door on her.

“I’m slowly starting to see the funny side,” Mrs Kilgour told The Times, after recalling her household ordeal.

The 32-year-old antiques dealer was tidying up the clothes in her son’s bedroom wardrobe at 9.30am on Friday morning when the toddler, playing on the bedroom floor next to her, decided to play a game of hide and seek.

Using data from a large-scale study, they found lonely people tend to transmit their sad feelings to those around them, which eventually led to them being isolated from society.

"We detected an extraordinary pattern of contagion that leads people to be moved to the edge of the social network when they become lonely," said University of Chicago psychologist John Cacioppo, a leading U.S. expert on loneliness.
