...Miss that cup of "Joe" or can of cola and don't be surprised if you start feeling funny, Kuhar warned. He said some people complain of "headache, fatigue, sleepiness, inability to focus and concentrate." Others report experiencing flu- like symptoms, irritability, depression and anxiety after skipping as little as one cup of coffee a day.

Kuhar explained that caffeine blocks receptors in the brain that can dilate blood vessels causing headaches. "Withdrawal symptoms can start from 12 to 20 hours after your last cup of coffee and peak about two days later and can last about as long as a week," Kuhar added...

...They instruct patients to gradually substitute decaffeinated products or noncaffeinated products over time in order to reduce the likelihood of experiencing withdrawal symptoms.

PRIMARY school students are being told abortion can be "a relief" and hormones make you "feel sexy" on a website endorsed by Education Queensland.

Outraged parent groups are demanding the State Government immediately withdraw its endorsement, warning the website is inappropriate and even dangerous for pre-teens.

But educators argue it is a valuable, fun tool that helps children entering their teens learn about their bodies.

The controversial site, thehormonefactory.com, has been approved as a student resource for Queensland Year 7 classes.

Set up by La Trobe University, it uses cartoons to tell 10 to 12-year-olds why certain hormones give them "sexy thoughts" and start making them "interested in sex".

It asks students if they think "a six-inch penis is normal" and if they believe "13 is too young to have a baby".

A jail official, who declined to give his name to The Associated Press, had no information early Monday on an attorney for the 35-year-old Tran.

A relative, Thuba To, told the Houston Chronicle that Tran believes he is an "angel" sent by God.

Tran was arrested after officers Saturday night responded to a security alarm. A police report indicates officers saw Tran swinging something, possibly the boy.

The child, whose name was not released, was transported to a Houston hospital for treatment of skull fractures and was expected to survive.
