A New York judge has given a woman permission to harvest her dead lover's sperm so she can still have his baby.
Johnny Quintana was only 31 when he died Thursday of an apparent heart attack.
He had wanted to have a second child with his fiancee, Gisela Marrero, but the only way to make it happen was to quickly collect his sperm, which stays fresh for only 36 hours after death.
A court order was needed because Quintana and Marrero were not yet married.
The Bronx judge said "yes" Friday with only four hours left until the deadline.
Sperm bank staffers then rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where Quintana's body lay.

A HONG Kong airline is investigating claims that a couple travelling first class from Toronto, Canada, used the crew rest area to join the "mile-high club".
The couple were allegedly invited by an airline staff member to use the rest area onboard a Cathay Pacific plane to have sex after being spotted getting intimate in their seats, German news agency DPA reports.
The passenger, a US doctor, said he knew the staff member from previous flights.
“On these long, long flights there isn't really anything to do after the meal service so my gf (girlfriend) and I were cuddling and watching movies,” the passenger wrote on his blog.
“With the magnificent large bed one thing led to another and soon my friend Alvin was at our side saying would you like the privacy of our crew rest upstairs? It is currently unoccupied.”
He also posted pictures on a blog showing himself lying on the bunk as evidence of his “adventure”.
Cathay Pacific said it was examining the blog, which was posted earlier this month, to see if the staff member broke the rules by allowing passengers into the crew rest area.
There has been word that this story is unfounded. Nothing has been confirmed either way.

The father of Slumdog Millionaire child actress Rubina Ali has reportedly tried to sell his nine-year-old daughter for adoption in a bid to escape the Mumbai slums.
Britain's News of the World says Rafiq Qureshi wanted $557,000 for the girl, who played the young Latika in the British hit film set in India.
News of the World reporters posed as a wealthy family from Dubai looking to adopt.
The paper said a Mumbai informant told it Mr Qureshi was touting for the highest offer for his child, having already been approached by a Middle Eastern family.
