TAXPAYERS are paying to fix the penile erection problems of a jailed rapist who once ran with Ivan Milat's gang.
The decision by the New South Wales State Government's Justice Health Department has sparked outrage among victims.
John Powch, 62, is known by Corrective Services officers as a "serious sex offender", a man behind bars for three counts of sexual assault for which he was jailed in 2004 for nine years, four months.

THIEVES opened the grave of former Cypriot president Tassos Papadopoulos during the night and stole his corpse in a crime that shocked the Mediterranean island today.

San Bernardino County sheriff's investigators began searching a 10-acre property in Landers today for human remains after a family dog came home with a skull in its mouth.
“Over the past couple of weeks the dogs were bringing in bones and this time one brought in a skull,” said Cindy Beavers, a sheriff's spokeswoman.
The skull may have been on the property for one or two years, she said, but the other bones were not human. The age of the skull has not been determined.

AMSTERDAM — A man who says he spent two decades collecting Ecstasy pills of all colors and shapes as a hobby has turned to police for help after they were stolen — because he says some of them are poisonous.
Police say the 46-year-old man, who was not identified, decided to report the theft despite the illegal nature of the collection because he was worried about the possible consequences if anybody were to swallow one of the poisoned pills.
